Silicon Harlem is hosting its sixth annual Next-Gen Tech Conference on Friday, Oct. 18, at the National Black Theater located at 2931 Fifth Ave. in Harlem.
The Conference presents an opportunity to focus on technology and social community enhancement. Silicon Harlem is a social venture that has been designed to transform Harlem into a technology and innovation hub.
Panel discussion topics will include artificial intelligence, 5G, IoT, blockchain, extended reality, bio-tech, quantum computing, and cities of tomorrow, in addition to how the fourth industrial revolution will affect careers, family and the future.
Since its formation in 2014, Silicon Harlem has been led by its co-founders Clayton Banks and Bruce Lincoln whose mission is to bring affordable technology infrastructure and access to digital educational resources to residents residing in Harlem, Uptown Manhattan and other urban markets. In addition, Silicon Harlem has also been committed to providing economic empowerment to improve the community.
